There are absolutely no operational issues. Works perfectly! I have confirmed that all controllers, including the original, charge and operate, but I have not checked the detailed battery levels. Included accessories are the box, instruction manual, power cable, HDMI cable, AV cable, and controller charging cable. I have performed a basic cleaning, but there may be areas I missed, so please be aware of this. There may be oversights regarding the condition.
