Easy record playback! For sale is a working Sony phono equalizer EQ-2. Use this if you've purchased a new record player and your amplifier doesn't have a phono (PHONO) input terminal. You can also play records from a mini-component system or other mini-plug connections. The EQ-2 supports "MM type cartridges." It is not compatible with "MC type cartridges" which have a small output. It's battery-powered (4 x AA batteries), making installation easy. It also has an "auto-off" function that automatically turns off the power even if you forget to switch it off, which is convenient. The unit comes with a mini-plug PIN code (approx. 3m). Please prepare batteries (4 x AA) separately. Operation has been confirmed on my own system and is in good working order. Due to its age, there are some dullness and minor scratches, but there are no major noticeable scratches. (Please check the photos) Input/output contacts have been cleaned!
