It is a brooch-type watch. There is a hallmark indicating it is made of silver. It is not working. Silver has a tendency to tarnish when exposed to air. Please clean it with a special polishing compound. I can usually ship it in 1-2 days, but there may be times when I am traveling and it will take about a week to ship.
