Used a few times. It's a USB-rechargeable hot eye mask. The inner part is three-dimensional, so there's no pressure on the eyeballs. I think it won't bother you if you have normal eyelashes, but those with eyelash extensions might feel it touching. It's gently warm and relaxing.
