I bought this on Amazon in January of this year for around 3000 yen. I've used it a few times. It's a USB-rechargeable hot eye mask. The inside is three-dimensional, so it doesn't put pressure on the eyeballs. I think it's fine for normal eyelashes, but people with eyelash extensions might find it bothersome because it touches them. It's gently warm and relaxing.
