This is a math word problem karuta game planned and supervised by Mr. Hiroshi Tanaka of the University of Tsukuba Elementary School. This product is new. Players use a combination of word problems, diagrams, pictures, or equations and diagrams to play. Working on it alone helps develop the ability to understand what the word problem is asking. If the diagram is difficult to understand, looking at the picture on the back will help with thinking. It contains 36 yellow cards, 36 green cards, 36 blue cards, for a total of 108 cards.
