This is a Rapid Weitwinkel Orthar 7.3cm F6.8 wide-angle interchangeable lens for the Plaubel Makina IIS 6.5 x 9cm (large business card) camera. This lens was originally made for Mamiya Press cameras and has been converted to an M42 mount lens after removing the shutter, as the medium format camera is no longer used. The Makina series, with its behind-the-lens shutter, is a camera that follows the original Makina, the prototype model of the Makina 67. This lens is a wide-angle interchangeable lens for the series, with a full-group rotation and converted to an EOS mount lens. As it is a lens from about 90 years ago, there is some deterioration due to aging, but the optical system has few scratches. However, as it is a non-coated lens, flare will occur in backlight.
