This is a Rodeo Crowns boa jacket. I bought it several years ago, and the white boa is cute and very warm. The length is long enough to cover my hips, and I am 166cm tall. The boa can be detached. I've only worn it 3 or 4 times a season, so the boa is relatively clean, but as you can see in the photos, one button is missing. I would appreciate it if you could attach a button that matches.
