This is a design packet by Gayle Oram, "1995 CHRISTMAS PLATE (Telemark Nativity)" (in English). There are two photos, including the one attached. It has been unused since purchase and stored at home for a long time. There is some rubbing on the edges, but there are no noticeable stains or scratches, and I believe it will not affect use.
