I used them for about 2 months, but I'm selling them because I started using other shoes. I still have the box, so I will send them with the box. I've used Metcon Free 5 before, and the sole tends to tear early, so the outer sole of these shoes is also slightly damaged (circled in red in the photo, sorry for my poor explanation). I have never worn them outside, only used them in the gym. I usually wear a 22.5 cm, but Nike shoes are narrow in the instep, so I wore a 23 cm. I think they are suitable for any kind of training.
