After practicing stopping in a wedge with a few uses of a ski wedge helper, a preschooler was able to freely ski down a beginner's course without the helper on the same day. Since all they had to do was open and close their legs, I think the fun changes depending on whether or not they use a ski wedge helper. How about it for a first-time skiing experience?
