Hello, this is Yamagata Sunset Farm. We raise chickens with a focus on feed and environment to provide delicious and safe eggs. Our chickens are fed mainly with low-pesticide feed rice grown by ourselves, along with rice bran, oyster shells, vegetable scraps, weeds, and mixed feed. We rarely use animal-based feed like fish meal, so the eggs don't have a fishy smell. The yolks are lemon-colored, but they become darker in the summer when weeds are abundant. We raise our chickens in a free-range system in a well-ventilated vinyl house, allowing them to move around freely and reducing stress. We talk to them and raise them with love. The best-before date is two weeks from the laying date (indicated on the product). Please store the eggs below 10°C upon arrival.
