Body only. Purchased new about 7 or 8 years ago, and hasn't been used much. Operation confirmed except for AUX in. Sound output is fine, knobs work well, and there was no crackling. A few things I noticed: A slight "pop" sound when turning off. The shield jack is a little loose. These could be normal characteristics. The exterior is a bit dusty and shows signs of wear from being owned. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item, as this is a used product.
