Soba choko are versatile vessels that can be used for desserts, side dishes, steamed dishes, potato salad, and even coffee... they are "all-purpose" bowls. ※ Mashiko ware has been popular as everyday tableware since the kilns were established in the late Edo period. These vessels are characterized by the plump, warm texture that is a hallmark of Mashiko ware.
