It has a mechanism not seen in other manufacturers. The arm is made of wire, which creates a strong vibration despite low resistance. Also, because it's wire, the fish bites without feeling any resistance. It looks like it might have a strange balance and tangle with the line, but it's surprisingly easy to use without any problems. It has been used a few times and stored indoors at home. The skirt has aged and been removed, so please replace it.
