This is a new, unused item, but it's being sold at a bargain price because it's from inventory. It was out of its bag, so it has been washed once. It looks clean as far as I can see. I did inspect it, but there might be something I missed. Shipping will be done by folding it again to make it compact and sending it in a box such as a PET bottle box.
