Found during a decluttering of my parents' house. This rotary cutter was used for about 20 years, I think. However, I tested it, and it still cuts through 30 sheets cleanly. さすが is a testament to KOKUYO's quality. The magnetic ruler is missing. The cushions on the two contact points have come off, leaving only tape. Please consider the above before purchasing.
