The model is believed to be 618. - Ken Yokoyama of Hi-STANDARD has been wearing it for 30 years since his teens. - Joey Ramone of The Ramones also wore a Schott 618. - Hiroto Komoto also seems to own a 618. I also had a 613 = One Star bike tag size 38, but the shoulders and arms were quite thick, and it looked like a suit with shoulder pads from the bubble era for a typical Japanese build like mine.
