This is a beautiful, unused item that was only charged and tested once. I love wearable fans and have too many, so I'm selling this one since I don't think I'll use it. All accessories are included, such as the outer box and storage pouch. I bought it on Amazon in May 2024. The only difference from the ZONE3 is whether the PCM part is removable or not; the performance is the same. This is the ZONE2, which has a non-removable PCM. PCM is the same material used in neck rings that are frozen for use. It melts and becomes soft when it's hot, but the PCM used in this ZONE is for space suits and is said to feel cool below 36°C. I haven't used it outside, so I'm not sure how effective it is, but it's not inconvenient at all even though it's not removable. #WearableFan #FanApparel
