I purchased this item five years ago and used it about five times before storing it in my closet. I recently checked it and found some adhesion between the rubber part connecting to the frame of the landing net and the handle. I gently rotated it, and the adhesion was resolved. However, I noticed some minor scratches and slight clear coat damage on the handle, so I repaired it with epoxy resin. The damage wasn't deep, so it doesn't affect its use. The repaired area is inside the rubber, so it's not noticeable. The photos don't show the rubber on the tip, but it is present. Please check the attached photos. There are no scratches on the second, third, and fourth sections. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item or are overly concerned about minor imperfections. No claims or returns are accepted. The original purchase price was approximately 17,000 yen. The warranty card has no store name or date filled in. I will pack the item in its original box and wrap it with bubble wrap. The rod tip has good tension. I used it for salmon fishing and was able to retrieve fish smoothly. There is no bending or wobbling. It's 99% carbon, so it's lightweight and very easy to use. I am selling this item because I purchased a different landing net handle. Thank you for your interest.
