N-AF D 2X TELEPLUS MC7 For Nikon F-mount This is a teleconverter from Kenko. It can extend the focal length of your camera lens by a factor of 2. I have never felt any particular problems with it. It has electronic contacts, so AF-S (ultrasonic motor equipped) lenses can be used, but it seems that operation is not guaranteed for all AF-S lenses. (Please see the Kenko website for details.) Of course, you can also use manual lenses. The optics may be judged as slightly hazy by professionals, but to me, a layman, it felt perfectly clear. I didn't notice any problems with the captured images either. (※This is just my subjective opinion as a layman. Please understand.) The exterior shows signs of use, but I felt it was in very good condition.
