In addition to telling time, it has a pedometer, heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, and exercise recording functions. This model (CM3-SW) could be linked to a smartphone using the FitPro app, even without a Chocozap membership, allowing access to its features. I actually changed the watch face to a black cat design using this app. It's a simple model and not highly functional, but after using it for a few days, I thought smartwatches were surprisingly good... so I upgraded to a more feature-rich one. Therefore, I only used it for about 3-4 days, but I wore it continuously, so there is a sense of use. In particular, the surface is plastic, not glass, so there are scratches that don't show up well in the photos. The box and manual are also included, but they might not be necessary if you don't use the Chocozap app (membership required).
