【Processing Flow】
① "Flux Application"
Special flux is applied before soldering. This enhances solder bonding and prevents corrosion and poor contact. KESTER44 solder is used unless otherwise specified.
② "Flux Cleaning"
After soldering, residual flux can cause noise and defects, so it is cleaned with a special cleaning solution.
③ "Heat Shrink Tube Installation"
Heat shrink tubing is used for protection against corrosion and insulation failure.
④ "Copper Foil Installation"
Copper foil is installed to reduce noise.
⑤ "Connector Cleaning"
After cable production, the plugs and jacks are cleaned with a special cleaning solution before shipping. This cleaning prevents noise and poor contact.
