This belonged to my father, who enjoyed making guitars in his lifetime. It appears he was planning to build a classical guitar. It was purchased from LMI around 2000-2010. Although it was once put on hold, it seems to have warped during storage, and will likely need to be bent again. While there are minor scratches from storage, there are no critical cracks. He renovated a room in the semi-basement into a workshop, and the temperature was relatively stable, but he didn't use any special equipment to control the temperature.
