Defective! When worn, the left side of the heel on the right foot sinks in. You can feel it by touching the insole with your hand. I was able to lift the insole, so I put some padding inside, and it improved. It's not noticeable when worn. The exterior has some scuffs, but I don't think there's any significant damage. I bought these last winter and wore them in the company office (where shoes are worn) until spring. Because of the defect, if anyone is interested in purchasing them for around the shipping cost, please let me know. These are fur-lined mukluk boots. They're easy to slip on and off, like rain boots.
