This is a Mr. Toad figure from the 1949 Disney film "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad." Disneyland in the United States has an attraction based on this film called Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, and this figure is modeled after that ride. It is a very rare item that is no longer sold. I have decided to sell it from my collection. It has been stored in a collection room, so there is no sun damage, and it is new and unopened.
