I purchased this several years ago, but I usually play a B♭ clarinet, and I only use the bass clarinet for occasional performance requests, so I've only used it about 20 times. I believe there is almost no wear and tear. There is some slight discoloration of the metal, as well as some scratches and dirt, but there are no problems with its use. Please examine the photos carefully, and refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about these details. Also, to prevent scratching the floor, I will include a free brass scrap with a dimple as a sound reflector. Rubber doesn't resonate well and lowers the tension, but I think this is better because it does so less.
