This is a genuine Chrome Hearts ball chain. It has a "STERLING" stamp. Needless to say, it is authentic. It came with a charm I purchased at Isetan Shinjuku. I wore it regularly, and it seems to be in good condition. It hasn't been cut, so it's about 80cm long. There are no particular accessories. It's commonly sold for 30,000 yen in the secondary market, so it's first come, first served.
