This eye-catching, fluorescent green-yellow dress is adorable! ^_^ The pleated skirt has an underskirt and flows beautifully. In addition to the pleats and ruffles in various places, the sleeves are puffy balloon style below the elbows, with ribbon tape at the wrists. The waist has a removable ribbon belt, making it super lovely ♡ I bought the baby pink version and it was well-received, so I wanted another color! But when I tried this one on, it didn't suit me, sob. It seems to look better on someone with a fair complexion ^_^ This dress has only been tried on. It's still being sold on Amazon, so please take a look if you're interested. Because it's made overseas, the finishing of the threads isn't perfect, and some of the rhinestones on the waist belt have come off. I will send it to you without touching the loose threads, so please cut them yourself. I'll include a few extra rhinestones from my own collection as a bonus.
