I purchased this from 3COINS. The poncho has been taken out of the bag, but it is new and unused. It has snaps on the sides for easy on and off. There is a pocket in the middle for carrying small items. I bought it, but I haven't used it yet, so I am selling it to declutter. How about using it for outdoor bathing in this cold season, or at the pool or beach in the summer? It has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
