☆ The rim is bound and secured with 2mm wide Yamato Kagari.
☆ This is a domestically produced bamboo colander with excellent drainage and breathability. Bamboo colanders are ideal for cooking because they prevent water from clinging to the surface, allowing for quick drainage. They are also resistant to high temperatures and are made from natural materials, ensuring safety.
☆ Usable in any season, the delicate weave is beautiful and can be displayed as storage (^^)
- Spring = Tempura of rapeseed flowers, etc.
- Summer = Zaru soba, zaru udon, pickled plums
- Autumn = Roasted sweet potatoes and dried vegetables
