The groove width is 3mm because Snap-on's is too wide for the key. Groove length is approximately 13.6mm, groove depth is 15mm. The groove position is offset by a fraction of a millimeter so that the key is centered. Since it is not done by hand using a rotary tool, the perpendicularity is reasonably good. The cutting tool used is an end mill. Resin cutting tends to melt and tear, but it has a clean finish that doesn't look like it has been modified. M5 x 10 set screws are included.
