This is a 2002 Sanrio Shinkansen wooden timetable board. The size is indicated as 26cm wide, 26.7cm high, and 1.6cm thick. It is a new, unused item that has been stored in a dark place at home since purchase. As I couldn't find any other new listings, I've marked it as "rare." There is a mark from the string on the back of the board (last photo).
