However, when I used it today after a long break, the CD tray stopped working properly. Condition: The power turns on and the motor makes a sound, but the tray does not operate, or it does not stop correctly. There are no noticeable scratches on the exterior or the remote control. I do not have any technical knowledge, so I hope that someone with expertise can make use of it.
