This is a Noritake The Ginza collaboration cup & saucer and sugar pot. The cup & saucer, a collaboration with The Ginza, features the four seasons written in gold on the gold parts, as indicated by "Brilliant Four Seasons" and the back stamp, making for a very elaborate design. Along with the sugar pot, these are now rare antique items. They are unused and have been stored at home, in beautiful condition.
