There are some minor scratches from use and storage, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It was working until just before, so there are no problems, but it is a used electronic device stored by an individual, so returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. Everything in the photos is included. There is no box or instruction manual, so please refer to the Panasonic website. I remember having a little trouble with the network settings, so it's recommended for those who are good with that sort of thing.
