This is a Lanvin tie clip imported from France through an authorized dealer (made in Germany). It's made of brass with gold plating and a hairline/satin finish. The twisted design has a mirror finish on those parts. It's short, so it will match narrow and moderate-width ties. Retail price at department stores: ¥17,600. Hard to find. It's a new, unused item, but it doesn't have the original packaging. If you need packaging for a gift, etc., it will be included for an additional ¥700.
