It's a collaboration sticker given to the first purchasers of Kodansha comics at bookstores currently running the bonus sticker campaign. Also, this design is an illustration drawn by Tsutomu Takahashi for the Mickey Mouse 90th Anniversary Illustration Collection. The sticker was originally included in a clear bag with the manga, so it's generally in good condition. Please refer to the fourth image for the size.
