This particular train was a test run conducted at the Mukomachi Depot, and consisted of a 7-car formation: "KuhaNe 583, Moha 485, Moha 484, Moha 485, Moha 484, Saro 481, Kumoya 90" from front to back. The headmark on the KuhaNe 583 displays the "Test Run" mark, just like the real train. A leading car from the 485 series is also included. The headmark includes types seen at the Mukomachi Depot, such as "Raicho" and "Hakucho," allowing it to be used not only as a test run train but also as an express train. The item is almost unused.
