Selling because I'm upgrading to a two-pet model. The exterior has scratches and marks from the cord. The interior has food stains and odors. Reasons for the issues: The blue light on the round front part does not light up. The original power cord is missing, so I will include a different USB cable. The dish part pops out when stored, but it's difficult to push it back in. However, it can be used with the dish out, so it doesn't affect feeding. Even though the light doesn't turn on, the initial setup and connection to the app worked without any problems.
