Diameter: Approximately 45mm Manual winding I've wound it to check it, and it always runs well. I checked its operation for about 5 days, and the daily error was within ±60 seconds. If you are concerned, I recommend an overhaul. I think the condition is good considering its age. I had a watchmaker open the back, and the inside was also clean. "Reason for some scratches and dirt" There are no scratches or dirt, but there is some dullness on the gold color on the back of the watch in the 7th photo.
