This is the latest FC newsletter, issue 247, from Shogo Hamada, and a booklet distributed at the FC event. The newsletter is for family members, so I will send the unread one. The original envelope the newsletter came in has been opened, and it will be sent in a different envelope, so it is considered to be in near-new condition. The booklet was distributed at the venue, and I brought it home, so there may be some overlooked scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
