This is an acrylic skirt. The color scheme is lovely. It was too long for me, but the waist is elastic, so I wore it folded over at the waist. It has a lining. Measurements taken with the garment laid flat: Waist (elastic part): approx. 9cm Length (including elastic waist): approx. 90cm Waist: approx. 27cm Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be some discrepancies.
