I sewed a tunic from white fabric and then dyed it. W cotton gauze is gentle on the skin with minimal irritation. The more you wash it, the less stiff the fabric becomes, and the softer it gets. It quickly absorbs and releases moisture, making it cool in the summer. In the winter, a layer of air forms between the two layers, keeping you warm, making it a material suitable for all seasons. It's dyed black, but it's very close to a deep indigo dye. Please enjoy the texture of the hand-dyeing. The collar is tubular so it can cover the neck. You can wear it straight down or wrap it around twice.
