This is Susshine by Japan Technology. It's a full stainless steel yo-yo that originally cost around 40,000 yen. Because it's expensive, I haven't used it much, so it's in excellent condition with a beautiful appearance. I don't feel any wobble, but since it's a used item, I'll consider it to have a slight wobble.
