This is a silver-glazed Fuki-yose motif *futaoki* (lid rest) made by Kyoyaki artist Tezukakiriho. He is a ceramic artist of Kyoyaki and Kiyomizu-yaki who opened the Kanshu-ji kiln in Yamashina, Kyoto. The subdued colors and silver painting create a chic and elegant atmosphere, making it a valuable tea utensil for the *ro* (sunken hearth) season. There are no scratches or chips, but there is some slight discoloration on the top, so please check the photos (photos 8 and 9).
