This is a handmade cotton-padded "chanchanko" (a type of Japanese vest) made from komon fabric. It's very warm to wear, whether with traditional Japanese clothing or Western clothes. The back width is 35 cm, the front is 12 cm each, and the length at the center back is 54 cm. The sides have ties, so it can be worn by anyone regardless of body type.
