This is a level 5 softshell pant from the US military's MARS layering system, produced by Patagonia for a very short period. It has moderate water repellency, cargo pockets, and various other features, making it, in my opinion, the most user-friendly pant in the MARS line. In recent years, the number available has decreased, making it difficult to obtain, and even when found in stores, it's often too expensive to consider, making it a rare item. Although it has a military specification tag, the markings are mostly unreadable due to aging.
