23 Vanquish, the most popular C3000 MHG. Purchased new last year and used twice for cherry salmon fishing in a river. There are no noticeable scratches as I haven't bumped it or placed it directly on the ground, so I think it's in beautiful condition. One small scratch on the reel foot (it's unclear if the scratch was from being clamped to a rod or if it was there from the initial shipment), but it's not in a noticeable place and I don't think it's a big deal. Also, the original reel handle cap is missing, and I've replaced it with one from a Shimano 21 Exsence 3000mhg (it works fine, and a replacement original wouldn't be very expensive). The price reflects these two points. There is no grinding or scratching, and the reeling is light and smooth, but individual perceptions may vary, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. All accessories such as the box and instruction manual are included; it didn't come with a bag originally. Also, I have spooled it with Varivas Super Trout Advance S-Spec PE 1.0 (about 150 meters) for cherry salmon. I had a fishing tackle shop order it and had a professional spool it, which cost around 5000 yen. I think it's a great deal. I can remove it if you don't need it.
