This is a switch panel for a Yamaha PAS electric assist bicycle. I removed it before scrapping my bicycle, which I had been riding for four years. It was in normal working condition before removal. I think it's in good condition because I used it with a clear silicone cover from the time of purchase. The back is marked with XOU-05 08T.
