This is a Workman AEGIS series cold weather rain jacket. It's a men's S size in yellow and navy. It's a winter item with padding. It has waterproof zipper pockets on both sides, plus an inner pocket. The hood is not removable. Although it's a size S, the length is about 70cm, so I think it can be worn by people up to around 170cm tall. Also, I think it's a design that can be used as cold weather wear other than in rainy weather.
